Find the 5 digit codes that correspond with the brand of your TV, DVD, or other device in the list below. You may want to write them on a scrap of paper. Read the following steps before performing them. Press the cable button at the top of the remote. This will clear any button pushes from memory. If you mess up on any of the following steps, press the exit button followed by the cable button and start back at step 3. If it does not, go back to #2. I have a Sanyo DVD player along with an Xfinity/Comcast DVR. One tried the Sanyo codes that came in the programming pamphlet from Comcast and none of them worked.

I tried the codes on this site and they didn't work either. As a matter of fact i tried codes from multiple website and not a single code worked. I've programmed the remote for different TV's, other DVD players and even VHS VCR's and have never had any of then not work with atleast one of the codes. I'm at a loss now and am stuck as to what to do now.
Any suggestions?
